The collaboration of dedicated and knowledgeable architects, designers, builders and local sales team makes The Palisades at Olympic Valley the most unique and desirable offering in the Tahoe area.
Originally from Utah, Debbie grew up recreating in the Wasatch mountains. Her passion for the outdoors and sports performance wear brought Debbie and her husband Josh to North Lake Tahoe in 2002. Together they built a business representing the global lifestyle brand Oakley in Northern California/Northern Nevada and were recognized as 2002 Rookie of the Year Top Sales Performance in North America.
In 2004 her interest turned to commercial design and real estate. Her experience in sales, marketing and design with Oakley was a natural fit for commercial village strategy, specializing in destination resort markets. She launched her career as a broker in commercial real estate by curating dynamic village experiences that showcase the mountain lifestyle and local community. Having worked 12 years in commercial with two of Lake Tahoe’s most prestigious ski resorts, The Village at Northstar & The Village at Palisades Tahoe, her efforts resulted collectively in $38+ MM in annual village gross sales.
Debbie’s mission is to create space for people to share priceless experiences, make precious memories and live the best of the Tahoe lifestyle. Her passion for meeting new people and love of the area is coupled with 18 years of sales experience which enable her to understand clients’ needs and connect them with their dream property.
Debbie is a 1% for the Planet member and serves as Executive Producer of the Shane McConkey Foundation. She has helped to raise over $550,000 for local programs. When not at work, you will find her with her husband and two beautiful daughters riding bikes, skiing/snowboarding, surfing, backpacking and enjoying Tahoe life.
Forrest Rader brings to The Palisades at Olympic Valley an extensive knowledge of the local community and a keen grasp of our regional housing market. Because she has been assisting buyers, sellers, and developers in Truckee and North Lake Tahoe since 2012, Forrest looks at local real estate from several informed perspectives, and she brings this expertise to each and every negotiation. She has proven expertise in representing luxury resort communities with focus on new development, sales and marketing, strategy, launch, and roll out. Building relationships with buyers, owners and co-op brokers to create one of a kind communities. Originally from Colorado, Forrest fell in love with Truckee-Tahoe for it’s welcoming small town feel and has been fortunate to call this area home for over 10 years. She continues to enjoy everyday mountain life with her sons and husband skiing, hiking, and taking advantage of all Tahoe has to offer.
Heather was raised in the small town of Oroville, Ca. She now lives in Truckee with her husband Teddy, also a local realtor, and their two beautiful children, Henry and Reagan. Tahoe-Truckee has always held a special place in Heather’s heart. As a child she traveled to Tahoe on ski vacations, and her love for the area was solidified when her husband proposed to her at the Hyatt in Incline Village. Of course, it was only natural to keep it local and throw a huge Tahoe wedding.
Her professional career began with running a custom picture framing business in Oroville, but after purchasing a fractional ownership at Old Greenwood, Truckee began to feel like home to her. So when the opportunity to move to the mountains presented itself, she sold the picture framing business and made the transition.
Heather has also worked for The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, Tahoe Mountain Realty and Northstar ski resort. She brings an unparalleled level of service to each of her clients. As a mother who must juggle family and career Heather knows the value of good communication and efficiency, and she understands the importance of finding your family’s perfect mountain retreat. Let Heather hear your needs and serve you with the highest level of service.
